(and blaming /shaming their "principles" publicly ... if I were the couple I would lodge a formal complaint against Rhonda and report her to the BBB) ... as they chose not to buy from her because of her own admitted lack of due diligence and integrity, using this just to seek attention ..
I would highly advise anyone seeking to use her services to beware ... her behaviour is not that of a trusted professional as she herself claims to be. As read on her own mission statement.
Unfortunately I cannot give a negative review as that is what her integrity stands for.
