We even had another company out that was supposed to be specialized in basement water removal that couldn't fix it. Rhino Plumbing was out the next day, and reassured us it would be fine. True to their word it's flowing perfectly again. I would highly recommend.

His price was significantly less than the large furnace guys pricing and he was able to book us in quickly. We were very impressed with his work. He was very honest and efficient and since that install we hired him again to set up our gas line for our BBQ and also he helped me troubleshoot my furnace that shut off suddenly. Having a local business person that I can call with questions who will help me before charging me fees and estimate costs is amazing. I recommend him to anyone who wanta someone with integrity and fair pricing. He's my go to guy for sure!

He was able to make a same day appointment and even double checked that I had alternative heat so my house wouldn't freeze up before he could get here. Once here he was friendly and knowledgeable and able to get my heat going within a few minutes. He was also able to offer suggestions for the future and is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any future concerns.

When we contacted him, he answered all our questions, provided a reasonable quote and offered to come on the same day even though it was late in the afternoon! When working on replacing the tank, we were amazed by his professional knowledge, quality of his work and cleanliness. He also used high quality materials/parts, checked everything and even replaced aged shut-off valves. The final bill was exactly what he quoted us. The day after the install we noticed small issue with water droplets on the tank. Ryan came back to check it, contacted the tank manufacturer and got it all fixed under the warranty, so we didn't have to pay extra! Overall we had an excellent experience dealing with Ryan and will be contacting him in the future with plumbing related jobs. So happy to find somebody reliable and friendly!
