Coach Alex's workouts (boxing and circuit training) have made me feel a lot stronger and more confident in a short amount of time, and I leave every class sweaty and feeling like a million bucks. The staff at RGym are knowledgeable, supportive, and foster a welcoming atmosphere/community for all. 11/10 would recommend.
