J	Janice Tokar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic pharmacy. My Dr accidentally prescribed a medication that is no longer available for my daughter. I went to fill it at a different pharmacy and they sent me to Rexall to get the medication compounded because my Dr’s office was closed and they couldn’t get him on the phone to change the prescription. Long story short Rexall got ahold of him, had the prescription updated and had us on our way in less than 30 min. They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kind. A pharmacy you can trust. Thank you Rexall staff, you saved my weekend and most importantly made sure my daughter got the medication she needs.
B	B Silveira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Prince George Veterinarian Clinic yesterday with my pet rat and found out he has pneumonia. The clinic sent the prescription over to Rexall yesterday(It says the fax went through at the vet clinc). I called Rexall this morning and a male pharmacist told me they recieved nothing. Also told me that it couldn't be finished until the middle of next week. I said its an emergancy my rat will be dead by that time if I can't give him the medications. He then responded by saying there's about 30 urgents ahead of you so it can't be done before the middle of next week. Instead of calling the vet clinic to ask what was going on with the fax he said its up to the patient to figure it out. Whether this prescription is for an animal or human this pharmacist could have been more helpful to call the vet for the patient. In this situation it means life or death for that patient. His words came off as rude/uncaring and not very helpful at all. I had to ask him myself if there was any other pharmacy that could do compounds in PG. Very dissapionted in the way this was handled there.
S	Shaunee Jack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service at the pharmacy. I am a First Nations woman. No recognition from any staff while my sister and I were waiting. Pharmacist didn’t want to fill an emergency prescription until I called my own pharmacist in Vancouver to help. Pharmacist also didn’t want to fill a full Tylenol 3 script for my sister because she I’m just got one 2 days ago. She phoned the surgeon to change her script not pausing to ask so I need or want to keep coming to this unfriendly place of business and medicine for more refills.

My husband has called in for 3 days in a a row to have his epilepsy medications delivered. girl said script was being filled and would go out at the 10:30am delivery pick up. Didn't show. called in the morning to complain and ask for the delivery. The man on the phone seen no record of the first days interaction. Then says it will be delivered . Does not show 4:00 pm calls again. Staff contact the delivery driver. He is told would be here by 45min to 1h... No show. We have had similar problems even when picking scripts up. The staff are rude. And the store is mismanaged.
J	Joy Buemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every 2 weeks I need to get a prescription delivered to my mom, they are always polite and accommodating and go the extra mile. At times I've needed to send other items to her from Rexall with her prescriptions and there is no problem. They are all hard working and have stayed open and put themselves at risk to serve us. When the delivery person can't find my mom in her apartment, they go out of their way to find her. I think they do a wonderful job.
