Extremely unprofessional service. Would never let us know when someone was viewing the house, and would never give us feedback without us trying to track him down to do so. Did not communicate with us at all. We asked Mike to make changes to the wording of the listing and promote it more through flyers, Facebook, etc like he does with other properties. He only changed it a week before the contract was up, and STILL had the wrong information on the flyer. We asked numerous times to have things changed in the listing that were false about the property. Instead of communicating with us about the changes he took the for sale sign down on our property without telling us. On the long weekend!!!!! We contacted him to ask about the sign because we thought it was stolen and he told us he took the sign down (which was right before the Canada day parade) and he was extremely unprofessional in the termination of the contract. The other agents showing the house did not do their jobs in promoting the property and its potential. Mike only went to the property ONCE in the 6 months of the listing. Very disappointed with the service. Not recommended. If I could put a zero rating, I would.

Mike and Kristan were an absolute wonder to work with. After a year of wanting to move but feeling like we needed to change this, or redo that, they assured us that our property was ready, and that we were ready. For two perfectionists/procrastinators with four young kids, this was a small miracle. They gave us simple pointers to help make listing and selling easier, which made a world of difference with our property. They promoted our house, marketed it, and drew in more clients then I thought possible. Our house sold in four days, above asking price! I fully credit Mike and Kristan for that. We would never have been able to list and sell without their guidance and reassurance. After selling our house, we then were left searching for a new one. A whole new ball of wax. The market we were buying in was fast, aggressive and stressful. The small number of houses for sale were being picked up before we could even get a showing. Again, they guided us the entire way, assuring the perfect house for us would come up. After open houses, showings, we found our dream home! They advised us on the best approach, and after we decided on what we were comfortable and confident offering, we bought our house! Mike and Kristan were truly the reason we were able to navigate this crazy market, and end up with exactly what we wanted, under budget too! I would absolutely 100% recommend their services to anyone thinking of selling and/or buying. They were professional, helpful, reassuring, insightful, and overall pleasant to deal with.
