Hands down the best little find in a long time. If you like Italian you will love this place. The service, the food, the pleasant people, i believe it is family run, i know the owner is there most days, they treat you like a king. Very affordable for what you were getting and simply delicious. Highly recommend.

Not all was bad but my veal cuttlet was supposed to be apples and porto, unfortunately the taste of Dijon mustard which was not mentioned in the dish was overwhelming and I did not enjoy it. They credited my espresso to apologize.

I do not recommend this restaurant. Overpriced and stingy portions. Almost no cheese on the pizza, sparse toppings, thick crust to increase profit margins, and taste-wise, absolutely nothing to be impressed. This used to be a very decent and generous restaurant but all that changed with the new owners. I do not intend to ever return to this restaurant. I miss the previous owners, who ran this business for more than decades (if not more) and knew a thing or two about making people want to come back. Le Colbert is dead.

This used to be amazing, with generous portions, great food and warm atmosphere. Since a few months they have a new owner. Food is more expensive with no difference in quality and smaller portions. Some items are ridiculously overpriced. We got an appetizer which was 4 small bocconcini and 3 thin slices of prosciutto for 15$, that makes no sense. They redesigned the interior and it's lost a lot of its authentic charm, they use very cold blue lights at the bar which gives an eerie atmosphere in the whole dining room. I used to recommend but I don't anymore.

Pizza was ridiculously greasy. As in, dripping in the box and in the plate. Fries were so undercooked they tasted raw. Both me and my girlfriend hated it. Pretty baffling considering it's got good reviews and has been opened or this long, especially when you consider how much competition there is in the city. Maybe we just didn't get the cook on a good day. Anyhow, won't try again. There are better and more consistent pizza joints around to order from. At least the customer service is good.
