★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice waitress who helped us with great wine pairings...Tasty, well crafted food on the menu...Vast wine selection...Ambiance was pleasant and set the mood.
Only issue was that there was no parking as street was torn up and being redone so we had to park nearby and hoof it. Also, sauces were very rich but I like them that way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived for an early dinner, 5 PM on a Saturday, we were able to get a table without a reservation but it appears reservations are recommended. All of the food was incredible and flavorful. The staff were attentive, prompt and friendly. Pricing was as expected for the quality of food and the great service and atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subsequent to our visit, which we thoroughly enjoyed, a resident of Levis said that we had chosen the best restaurant in the city. The food and the service were excellent. The waiter's ability to parry with my New York sense of humor, added to the enjoyment of the evening. Combine that with his ability to produce an extra dry cold Grey Goose Martini, gives him five stars.
After a wonderful bowl of soup, I had the veal sweetbreads and my wife had the beef tartare. We ended the meal with homemade strawberry cheesecake.
If you are in Quebec City, cross the bridge to Levis, and enjoy a five star meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was extremely slow (took over an hour to get our entrees), but the food was the best. Every detail had been taken care of, and it showed. Get the creme brulee for dessert : it's the best dessert i've ever tasted in my life.
