Amazing Staff, Food and Ambiance! This place never disappoints, whether we need gas or a nice evening out with great food! Staff (restaurant or gas) is extremely pleasant, attentive, always happy to accommodate and fun to chat with . Wine cellar is beautiful and always a great place to visit to discover unique wines! Highly Recommended; it is our favorite place!

You would be hard pressed to find such a fine dining experience in the beautiful cottage country. The food was delightful at a reasonable price. Make sure you visit the wine cellar. What an incredible location. Welcoming staff. Enjoy!

I reserved a table at L'Huile d'Olive to celebrate my parents 38th anniversary with them, my gf and my grandmother. The reservation was made almost a month in advance. Upon arrival we were seated at the only indoor table that is not in the main dining room. It is located under the loft and right next to the open kitchen. It was extremely loud, to the point that you had to shout to be heard. There was one completely empty table in the main dining room and we had to ask to be moved there. Once we were moved there it took a very long time 30+min for anyone to come and even take a drink order. We asked for a wine menu and were told there wasn't one without further explanation. Finally we were told that someone would be taking us to the wine cellar to pick our wine next. We waited as 3 more tables were brought down before us. It took another 20 minutes after getting the wine for someone to take our order. We all ordered the seafood linguine. Every other table had bread given to them before their meals arrived. Not only did we not recieve bread, we asked for bread 3 times, the first being before the meal was served. Bread fonally arrived halfway through our meal and they only brought 4 pieces for 5 people. We asked at that time for the 5th piece of bread and it did not arrive until at least 15 min later. The seafood in the linguine was all overcooked and rubbery, definitely not worth 40$/plate. We were very obviously the only anglophone table in the restaurant and we recieved horrible service start to finish. No one even came over to ask how the meal was. My father had to ask to speak to the manager and when she came and he explained the situation she offered either free desert or to do something on the bill. We did not want dessert because we had a later starting time (745pm reservation). They did not change anything on the bill after offering to do so. We will never go back again.

I don't understand how this place has upwards of 4 stars, the tables and chairs are cheap & and the food is sub-par. I don't know how the owners can charge such outrageous prices and not invest in it's clients comfort. Save yourself time and money and avoid this restaurant

The biggest problem with this Resto is the furniture. I just don't understand the logic of spending a million dollars to this very nice wood interior Rustic style Villa only to be seated in cheap plastic uncomfortable Wal Mart chairs for your guests? This is where you cut corners? Why not add the country look and style with wood? The food is mediocre and service needs help. If I'm paying $50 for a Veal Cutlet it better be good. Not the case here. We might consider going back this summer as we are planning a fishing trip but we will definitely be looking at other options.

Food was awesome, had the escargot for an appetizer the veal (very tender) as a main course and the Creme Brule (pictured) for dessert. I have only one bit of criticism! For a $100 dollar a plate meal I would like something better than a hard plastic chair to sit on!!
