★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service. I will NOT be spending my money at this restaurant ever again. Not only did they give me a terrible table near the bathroom, but the chair was also almost broken. Very unimpressed.

Liked St-Hubert chicken in general so stepped into this restaurant thinking it couldn't be bad. Man, I was wrong. Service was slow (had to wait for 20 mins to get server's attention) and waitress is rude beyond believability. After I asked for a take out box, she brought one with grease in the box—so a USED box.
The worst bit, when I tried to pay by tapping my card, she suddenly GRABBED MY CREDIT CARD OUT OF MY HAND without asking for permission or saying sorry, and tapped it on the machine. She then dropped the receipt on the table and left without saying a single word, as if this is all okay and normal. I am just genuinely confused and it took me a while to process what had happened. Someone just took a card that I was holding securely in my hand against my will without my permission, and gave zero explanation... Will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars because the waitress was awesome. The chicken that they served me must have been leftover from lunchtime. It was THE WORST chicken that I have ever been served at a St. Huberts. So dry that I had to choke each mouthfull down with water. So ends our tradition of eating here before a concert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was almost perfect, our waitress, an elderly lady took her time but hey it’s rush hour, we get it. Comes the time to pay and our grandpa wanted to pay the bill, we specifically told the waitress in both English and French that we are leaving the tip cash. We continued our convo while she was “helping” my grandad to notice that she added and I saw this, she added herself 19% Tip, when I notice I asked to cancel the transaction while she just responded that “HE” had entered the tip. I really just saw her doing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service I've ever had and the chicken was BUSSIN.
I'm convinced that the blonde girl working the bar was a mind reader and half machine. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order because my show was in 30 minutes. She made perfect recommendations, and not only that but she went the extra mile to make sure that I left on time for the show. Very polite and funny. Her service alone is worth going back there for!
