F	Francois Lechasseur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j'ai commandé a 3 reprises des pogos de Chez Dino Repentigny a 3 reprises les pogos arrive noir et brulé, ce soir 21 mai 2021 je commande encore des pogo il arrive il sont encore trop cuit et la pate est tous est fendu, c'étais la dernières fois que je commande de la nourriture chez Dino je vais appeler ailleurs, et demain je vais aller voir le gerant du restaurant je vais aller lui montré comment étais les pogos que j'ai reçu, ca m'écoeure et je suis en calisse de payer pour des pogos trop cuit et bruler, je rapelle et je dit a la caisssiere que je veux qu'il refasse les pogos et envoyé le livreur me porter d'autre pogo elle dit quel va en parler au cuisinier et le cuisinier a refusé et il a dit que c'étais pas possible, elle a dit que le cuisinier étais de mauvaise humeur et fâcher. bref demain je vais me déplacé au restaurant et je vais aller discuté avec le gérant du restaurant, pour me faire remboursé et je ne vais plus jamais commandé rien et je vais changer d'endroit ou commandé ou les client sont important. I ordered pogos 3 times from Chez Dino Repentigny 3 times the pogos arrived black and burnt, this evening May 21, 2021 I still order pogos they arrive they are still overcooked and the dough is all cracked, it was the last time I order food from Dino I will call elsewhere, and tomorrow I will go see the manager of the restaurant I will go show him how were the pogos that I received, it makes me sick and I'm in calisse to pay for overcooked and burning pogos, I call back and I told the cashier that I want him to redo the pogos and sent the delivery man to bring me another pogo she says she will talk to the cook and the cook has refused and he said it was not possible, she said the cook was in a bad mood and angry. in short, tomorrow I will go to the restaurant and I will go and talk to the manager of the restaurant, to get my money back and I will never order anything again and I will change place or order where the customers are important.

Premièrement j’attends 1h pour ma commande et ensuite quand la commande arrive on ne me laisse pas la possibilité de payer par débit. Vraiment déçu et désappointé face au professionnalisme, je ne blâme aucune mon le livreur ni même les cuisiniers mais la personne qui a pris mon appel à omis de donner des informations clair et précises qui à créer toute cette problématique, s’il vous plaît faite des changements pour vos employés pour avoir des gens qui sont formé pour prôner la clarté, le professionnalisme et la rapidité, car je viens de manquer un souper et du temps inutilement, merci Really disappointed with the service I called for my order and explained that I was paying debit and that I had a power outage. First I wait 1 hour for my order and then when the order arrives I am not given the option to pay by debit. We order food from there all the time, and when we don't, we go pick it up there, it's close to our houses, just a 5 minute walk, we especially love their poutines, large pizzas on wednesday and their "pain magique", staff are really kind and are always with a smile on their face! Really good food for a really good price! Keep it up!
