★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not come here for counseling at all. The receptionist is nice and all but there are some counselors who are just plain rude. I'm gonna go to a different counseling place. I was not treated with respect here by the counselor who I was seeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get this place is busy cause its "cheaper'. But took more than a week to call me back. Then there were saying the same prices as private therapists would take. This is supposed to be cheaper and go alone with your income. Plus they only see you few times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place, just needs to be three times as big. You can wait many months on the wait list, have a few months of counselling, and then have to go back on another wait list to get back in, which can be depressing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The page asks to " Share my own expierience with this", well I'd love to but I can't. I went in to get into some counselling, filled out the form and was sent home to wait. I got a call about a week and a half later to go over my needs and what not. I get it and I fully expected a waiting period but I wasn't sure how long that would be. This was close to the begining of June and into July I was thinking that this is taking some time. Now into August I was a little annoyed but I thought I better put some time into sorting my stuff out and started to do so. September = nothing, October = nothing, Novermber, December and now January = nothing. 8 months of waiting, 8 months! Good thing I wasn't right on a scarey ledge because if I was, it's fair to assume that, I wouldn't be here to write this. How can a service that offers such a valuble service to the people that need it the most like when they are in some mental distress, how can someone slip through the cracks? Not 1 person needing services like this should fall.through the cracks, not 1. Yet it happened to me which raises a big question......how many others have? And what happened to them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l have tried three times over the last five months to get someone to call me back to tell me anything. l left a message and talked to two different people. l was crying all three times because l am in great psychological need and NO ONE got back to me at all.
Your name was given to me on very high recommendation by two separate health practitioners whom l asked help from. l am really upset and disappointed with the complete lack of service l have received.
Thank you very much for nothing at all.
