My father is in a wheelchair in this establishment, the chair falls apart, more foot support, for the price it costs him it does not make sense.

Ils disent que le personnel prend très bien soin d’eux et qu’ils sont très satisfaits de l’ambiance et des activités offertes dans ce programme exceptionnel. Ça fait du bien de savoir que ceux qu’on aime sont heureux et bien entourés. I am very happy to have chosen this retirement home for my parents. They say the staff take very good care of them and are very happy with the atmosphere and activities offered in this exceptional program. It feels good to know that those you love are happy and have good people around.

La TS a "décidé" le matin de notre arrivée de changer mon mari de chambre, (qui était différente des autres, parfaite pour lui et me rendait sereine) pour une raison sans rapport avec lui. Déjà très fragile émotionellement, j'ai fait une crise de panique et 911 - hopital. Laisser un conjoint dans une résidence doit se faire dans une ambiance totalement calme et sans aucun stress. Bravo pour la belle expérience qui a déclanché une crise de Ménière (et d'anxiété) qui dure depuis 3 jours. Et je ne peux rien y faire. ? One of the worst days of my life. The TS "decided" on the morning of our arrival to change my husband's room, (which was different from the others, perfect for him and made me feel good) for a reason unrelated to him. Already very emotionally fragile, I had a panic attack and 911 - hospital. Leaving a spouse in a residence must be done in a completely calm atmosphere and without any stress. Bravo for the great experience which triggered a Ménière crisis (and anxiety) which has lasted for 3 days. And there is nothing I can do about it. ?

M	Marilyn Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The plus side is it is very clean and the rooms are large with private bathroom. Nice dining room but the food is terrible. Eggs always served cold. No taste, no fruit except bananas. Not enough staff. Long waits for any assistance. Staff 99% of the staff does not speak English even though we were told the staff was bilingual. Would not recommend this residence.
R	Robert Vandenende on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are a good size in the newer section, there is no air conditioning in the rooms and in hot weather temperature goes over 30 deg in the room, Not the most attentive staff for residents, the good staff do not stay for very long, a sign of a problem in my opnion. There is a lack of bilingual staff, The Manager of the residence speaks no english. The food is not very appetizing to taste or look at.
D	Don M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 months after still very happy until I went to visit my mother last Sunday and it was 27.5/81degrees in her room and it was much cooler outside. Was told there is no AC in rooms only in the common room and she would have to leave her door open. That did not work. They know rooms on the 2nd floor are warmer due to the roof. This is also the new wing? Makes me think of news reports of elderly patients with no AC during a heat wave. At least I was told to buy an air conditioner and they will install it. That's what I will do. My 87 year old mother was admitted on Monday from another temporary residence.We were very well greeted from the director,receptionist, nurse and staff. Had the phone and cable running the same day It's in the new wing. Rooms are clean and big.My mom is not a fussy eater and is not a complainer I am so lucky for that, she seems very content after 1 week. Just a little disappointed there were not more reviews to read before her admittance. So far very i am very satisfied and will keep you posted with reviews as time goes on.
