When her husband was sick and the hospital couldn't do any more for him there, he went back and passed away with his wife at his side in their room. I can't say enough about the care she receives.

She fell off the bed they didn’t even do x rays to see if everything was okay. No tv no phone no visitors . Staff was extremely rude and didn’t want to give the time of day. I took her out in 24 hours.

One must remember that these people lived entire lives and to be dropped in a place like this is just miserable. I hope this place is able to improve and consider that these people deserve a peaceful retirement and be surrounded by caring loving caregivers not just anyone with a degree. I hope this place gets better for the elderly that live there.

The staff is great and they do there best to accomodate your needs just by asking. Definitely a place to consider when the time has come for quality care. Joe Capozzo LaSalle resident
M	Mark Pepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff , helpful and courteous. If there's a problem the administration acts quickly.They follow all health and safety measures when entering the building. Rooms are very nice ... and now the activites have started again like bingo , singing , and church mass ... I would recommend it highly.
A	Adrian Arhirii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was a resident here from Sept. 2021 until she passed away in May 2022. During her stay she fell and injured herself several times and the staff did nothing besides call an ambulance. She was also attacked and injured by another resident on another occasion and again the staff did nothing about it. The worst was yet to come however. Within hours of her passing away, all her personal belongings were stolen from the residence. Everything, including clothes, personal effects, ID, keys, etc. What kind of sick individual does that? When asked for an explanation, the staff at Floralies Lachine said they knew nothing about it. How is that even possible? The so-called "manager" of the residence, Guylaine Lapierre, refuses to call me back to discuss this matter , in spite of repeated attempts to contact her. As if having my mother pass away wasn't already hard enough, my family also has to deal with this final and appalling indignity. This is completely unacceptable on any level and the staff here should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. If you truly care about your loved one, do not even consider placing them in this residence. Please do not risk dealing with what my family went through because of the complete lack of caring and unprofessionalism of the staff at Floralies Lachine. This residence and its' staff are a disgrace to humanity and should have their licence revoked immediately.
