De plus, ils disent qu’il ne respecte pas les exigences. Au salaire de 15$/heure c’est inacceptable. Ils ont de la difficulté à avoir des employés et maintenant je comprend. Bravo! Parmi les employés il y a de véritables perles. Leur bienveillance, leur bonne humeur, leur gentillesse, leur patience et leur dévouement envers les personnes âgées méritent d’être salués. Observez-les et vous les reconnaîtrez. Il y a aussi ces employés de l’ombre qu’on ne voit jamais ou presque et qui, par leur implication rendent la vie de nos aînés plus agréable. Dernièrement par exemple, ma mère qui souffre d’alzheimer nous a dit: «Que c’est bon, je vais aller féliciter la cuisinière. » Merci à tous ces créateurs de petits moments de bonheur.
