I’m starting to see the weight loss but also the healthy eating is making me feel amazing. I have had a lot of joint pain and inflammation since my kids were born and the past month or so, it has all but gone. I’m also noticing when I do have a treat, if it’s really sugary or heavy, I don’t feel well after. So my body is really getting used to sticking to the healthy diet and responding to how I’m treating it! That has made me so much more dedicated to sticking with this program cause there are so many benefits beyond weight loss. Thank you so much for all of your support so far!
