Continue to get the run around it seems when checking in and being told to wait just a few more weeks. Last contact was in early November telling me I was in the next round of bookings when checking on the status.

The last project I used them for took over 11 months to get the order right. It's definitely worth the extra to not have to deal with REP.

The whole crew from the estimator to the install team were very professional and courteous. We love these folks so much we just ordered replacement windows for the whole front of the house. Highly recommended.

They were very communicative and answered all of my inane questions very patiently. And the gentlemen who came to do the install were extremely professional, friendly, and also very very communicative; any tiny adjustment to the install plan that had to be made was explained and I was given a choice of how I wanted to proceed. I would highly recommend them.
