★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavé refait devant chez moi et tout a bougé après moins d'un an c'est donc aussi pire qu'avant. De plus, la notion très de base de pente vers l'extérieur semblait complexe. Pourtant je pouvais voir que la gentille, mais incompétente personne, travaillait ce métier depuis longtemps. Apres avoir recontacté la compagnie on m'a répondu que ce n'est pas garanti parce que "c'est normal, le sol bouge à chaque année, ça va toujours bouger". Insultant et faux, d'où mon investissement de temps pour écrire ceci. Je connais des pavés qui n'ont pas bougés d'un poil depuis 10 ans.
Un prix très bas, je comprends pourquoi maintenant après plusieurs recherches. Je saurai aussi pour quoi regarder sur une quote désormais. Etapes du travail, garanties, etc. Pas que c'était mentionné d'ailleurs, mais du sable tapé à la main (rien de compressé à la machine) pour des marches surmontées, c'était certain que ça n'allait jamais durer, tout comme les cèdres qui ont reçu la poussière de béton des coupes. Pourquoi même offrir cette offre de service? Manque de respect envers eux-mêmes et les clients.
Pavement redone in front of my house and everything has changed after less than a year so it's just as bad as before. Also, the very basic notion of an outward slope seemed complex. Yet I could see that the nice, but incompetent person, had been working this trade for a long time. After contacting the company again, I was told that it is not guaranteed because "it's normal, the ground moves every year, it will always move". Insulting and false, hence my investment of time to write this. I know cobblestones that haven't budged in 10 years.
A very low price, I understand why now after several searches. I will also know what to look for on a quote now. Stages of work, guarantees, etc. Not that it was mentioned elsewhere, but sand typed by hand (nothing compressed by machine) for surmounted steps, it was certain that it was never going to last, just like the cedars which received the concrete dust from the cuts. Why even offer this service offer? Lack of respect for themselves and customers.
