★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite stop i can get to any of my friends places using this station and getting on the eglinton west ttc bus. And i can get to hamilton usuing this station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I use this station there are numerous homeless people loitering and sleeping in there. Once there was a guy smoking and shaving in the washroom and seeing them drinking beer is quite common as well. The security does nothing about this. It doesnt feel like a safe place to be. TTC and Mississauga Transit, please do something about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station needs more attention in terms of information and directional specially for new people when the get in at upper floor . It is confusing on where to go , east or west bonds . It is very important to provide information at upper level for busses and directions .
There is no enough space at internal waiting areas for the people to sit . They are also very cold.
There is one wash room and it is always very dirty.
Some digital signage badly needed to provide information on delayed or cancelled busses specially during extreme weather conditions as per the attached Photos and videos that I have taken yesterday
In general the station is in a good location .

Has chairs and a smaller warm area to wait.
The washrooms were clean.
