They leave a mess when they do manage to see the garbage cans, often times leaving the cans on their sides in the middle of the road or the lids thrown in the bushes, and yes I've watched then do this. A terrible company with horrid service.
D	Donna Mcgenn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in a mobile park in Coquitlam which is serviced by Remple Disposal. Your trucks drive way to fast in our small cul-de-sac's both going forward and in reverse. There is many older people and small children and pets that could very easily be hurt or even killed by a 8-10 ton truck going to fast for their surroundings . Also your drivers don't take any pride in their job what so ever , they don't pick up any garbage that spills out when they throw the cans around and they throw them so hard that they have broken the bottoms on our $30 containers. I am sure there is many other disposal company's that would be happy to have our contract if your drivers don't care about the quality of service they provide.
H	H Penner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I couldn’t give a zero rating. They leave Garage cans all over the street. Accidentally dump on the street but than drive away without cleaning it. When they asked to clean up after themselves they get very upset. Foul language is accompanied by hand gestures so it is easier to understand as they drive away. It is a shame that the City of Abbotsford hires these guys.
B	Biljana Car on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible and unprofessional company, unfortunately the only one contracted by City of Delta Large item pickup program is a disaster and Nathan that is in charge of the program is super difficult and not helpful at all, making nonsensical statements… Didn’t want to give me a name of the manager or anyone to help solve the issue. Don’t trust a word they tell you.
K	Karen Irene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Delta Large item pick up today. Got rid of a mattress. Had a chat with the two young guys picking up the item. They were great.!! If you don’t have a way to get rid of a large item, its a great way to do it .. check it out on Delta website. For what they will take.

These guys wave to my kids every pickup day, and when I forget to bring my stuff out in time and I can catch them across the street or at my neighbors they always help me out. So friendly and when given the chance they shout " have a great day!". I'm very sad that the city changed garbage providers since they have this showy attitude about supporting small businesses but then ditch great small business service for a massive corporation. To the employees that service west Heights area in Mission, you make my son's day when you wave! Thanks for the great service.

While waiting for BCAA 2 young men turned the corner and jumped off their truck and ran over to see if I needed help. I was so moved and appreciated the offer. As well as being good at their job they are also great human beings in the community. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! ❤️Melanie
