★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employé très peu professionnel,mal préparé, (n'ont pas de compresseur d'air dans les camions, pas de pompe, pas d'outils, pas de chandelles,pas de jack, j'ai passé mon tournevis et ma lampe de poche) j'ai été chargé 125$+taxes pour un remorquage de 100 mètres et j'ai même dû payer mon air rendu à la station service.
 Very unprofessional employee, poorly prepared, (do not have air compressor in the trucks, no pump, no tools, no candles, no jack, I spent my screwdriver and my flashlight ) I was charged $ 125 + tax for a 100 meter tow and I even had to pay for my air return to the gas station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 125$ plus taxes 143$ pour un remorquage de 1.3 km de ma voiture JE DÉCONSEILLE COMPLÈTEMENT j'ai même parler avec le propriétaite arrogant qui me parle qu'ils m'ont fait une fleur en m'embarquant dans le camion vu la situation de la covid 19 ! Je ferai une plainte au droit du consommateur
$ 125 plus taxes $ 143 for a 1.3 km towing of my car I COMPLETELY ADVISE AGAINST I even speak with the arrogant owner who talks to me that they did me a favor by getting into the truck given the situation of covid 19! I will make a consumer law complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were on our way to Nova Scotia when we began to have problems with our small trailers tires. We were driving though Quebec on the Trans Canada Highway (Autoroute Jean-Lesage) about 45 minutes south of Trois-Rivières. We spent the night at the Rest area of Saint-Anne-du-Sault, and that is where I called this business about 5 times over about 6 hours. Every time I called for more information or just to ask a question about towing a man name Alan picked up. He spoke great English and he offered me some towing solutions, but he also offered me some local tire shops locations and phone numbers. I also tried calling CAA but they won't tow a covered trailer! In the end I didn't need his service, however it was comforting knowing I could call him if I needed that help!
