★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après en avoir appelé un autre qui me chargeait 250$ et m'a baissé 205$ quand je lui ai dit que c'était trop cher j'ai téléphoné Remorquage Mirabel... Il était15h14 et à 16h05 un jeune homme était chez moi pour le ramasser! Malgré l'emplacement assez compliqué, il a gardé le sourire et a pris cela comme une expérience de plus :) Bravo!!!

After calling another who charged me $250 and lowered me $205 when I told him it was too expensive, I called Remorquage Mirabel... It was 3:14 p.m. and at 4:05 p.m. a young man was at my house to to pick it up! Despite the rather complicated location, he kept smiling and took it as one more experience :) Bravo!!!
Friendly people in addition to excellent service with a smile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dans une journée exceptionnelle de tempête de neige, on m'a répondu immédiatement, en m'avisant que l'attente était quand même plus longue qu'à l'habitude mais qu'on allait s'occuper de nous. Le garçon qui est venu était très gentil et cordial et malgré sa grosse journée, un beau sourire et de l'entregent. Je vous recommande cette compagnie absolument. Petite note en plus, en s'en allant à notre destination avec la voiture, une autre personne a perdu la route en chemin, le chauffeur de la remorque c'est arrêté et a laissé savoir à la dame qu'il s'en venait s'occuper d'elle aussitôt que notre voiture était débarquée. Bravo!
In an exceptional snowstorm day, I was answered immediately, advising me that the wait was still longer than usual but that we were going to be taken care of. The boy who came was very nice and cordial and despite his big day, a beautiful smile and interpersonal skills. I absolutely recommend this company. Small note in addition, while going to our destination with the car, another person lost the road on the way, the driver of the trailer stopped and let the lady know that he was coming take care of her as soon as our car was unloaded. Well done!

Call anyone else but these guys all fake reviews from family members for sure .
