Without doubt they were correct. This is an owner /operator business and he takes pride in providing excellent customer service, great inter-personal skills and because he is not part of a large towing chain (as he operates independently), he is able to give a very competitive price FAR BETTER THAN THE BIG PLAYERS.. And he took care not to damage my car while lifting it onto/off the flatbed. Great price and great service, thanks!!

What's the best is when I found out I don't need the towing anymore while he was already on site, I felt very sorry to tell him I don't need the service anymore, he didn't upset and only asked me to cover the gas. He is such a great guy!
