â â â â â Jai connus lorganisme il y a deja 13 ans avec eux jai eu trois suivis jusqua present. Relaxaction ma sortis de situation familiale tres difficile ils mont guider vers mon autonomie et mon independance grace a eux jai reussis a reprendre le controle de ma vie et me construire une vie bien a moi.
Je ne serais pas rendus ou je suis aujourd'hui sans eux. avec eux jai grandis et appris a me debrouiller dans mon quotidien. Je sais plus maffirmer quavant ainsi que mettre mes propres limites et ce malgré mon anxieter severe et ma difficultés a affronter les imprevus. Je remercis de tout coeur cet organisme qui apporte beaucoup de bienfait aux gens fragiles en santé mental.
I knew the organization 13 years ago with them I have had three follow-ups so far. Relaxaction got me out of a very difficult family situation. They guided me towards my autonomy and my independence. Thanks to them, I managed to regain control of my life and build a life of my own.
I wouldn't be where I am today without them. with them I grew up and learned to get by in my daily life. I know more about asserting myself than before, as well as setting my own limits, despite my severe anxiety and my difficulty in dealing with the unexpected. I wholeheartedly thank this organization which brings a lot of benefits to people with fragile mental health.
