★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kate, is a regular fixture in our home. With a day job at a desk and being a somewhat active weekend warrior there are always areas that are tight or painful. Kate takes the time to talk with me about where my problem areas are and then she goes to work. We also look at causes of pain or discomfort as sometimes where it hurts is caused by tension elsewhere. She does an excellent job of both focused and full body treatments and I always feel better after a session.

She also incorporates energy work into her practice. I love her energy and feel nourished and rejuvenated every time. I highly recommend her!
