★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the store but yesterday I went to return something, the cashier was rude and unprofessional, I Did not return the order for other reason, and came back to day and the same cashier served me, she was rude again and then when I asked why are you so rude she said” that’s the way I am with all my customers” she then said sorry. She started with the rudeness, and I was her first customer in the morning, and then when I reacted she does like she is sorry. That’s not professional at all, it is against the work ethics. she should know that. I buy from Reitman’s and at the end I am treated badly. That’s sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy shopping at Reitman I go there when they have 40% sales I went last week and bought some clothes .I find they fit me good and always get compliments when I go to wk. They all ask me where I got the clothes I tell your stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is great and so are the employees… except one of them whom I think is the store manager. She always displays a rude attitude and even more so if you’re returning an item. I genuinely would prefer not to shop there when she is there. Otherwise, the store is always clean and the rest of the employees are super helpful and kind!
