★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this place to get parts for my Reimer overhead door. Said they would send it out to me so a week and a half go by and I call again and they say it’s still sitting there and have no reason for not sending it out so I told them I’ve been waiting and need them ASAP so another 3 days go by and figured I’d call again to make sure it’s sent. Gues what, now he says he’s got them sitting beside him as he’s coming to my area the next day so he’s bringing it with. Hoping he shows up tomorrow, but very bad communication and horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among other door companys I used to work for Reimer Overhead Doors. I preferred the CHI doors offered only at Reimer Overhead Doors in Manitoba over all other ones I've come across. Although a bit pricier than other brands they are a superior product. He also offers cheaper doors too. But if it's for commercial use, get CHI.

I some how stumbled on to their phone number and instead of selling new parts, in a disposable world they rebuilt my component. These people know their craft well. NOT JUST PART CHANGERS. In thia disposable world.
