★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In response to Regus's reply to this review: No you don't. You say you do, but the difference between what you tell people what you're doing and what you actually do is staggering. Don't compound the problem by lying. Disgraceful.
No regard for Covid protocols during the pandemic. No attempt to enforce either the Public Health Order (while it was in place) OR the rules conjured up by Regus. Staff would often not wear masks while on site and couldn't be bothered to ensure anyone else using the facilities were either. Absolute joke of a company. All the good staff were summarily dismissed during Covid due to "cut-backs". Unbelievable.
