Convenient location. Ample free parking. Friendly staff. I just finished an in-person meeting nearby and could see that traffic delays wouldn't let get to my regular office at Regus Matheson in time for a web meeting. I came here instead. The friendly receptionist checked me in, gave a tour and booked a meeting room. There was no whiteboard or screen but I needed neither. I connected to WiFi and had a productive web meeting. Bonus: traffic was flowing smoothly when I left!

Terrible experience when you want to ask for the deposit refund. Here is my story: I made retainer refund request on Feb 12 and they said ok we received that and it'll take about 30 days Later, they emailed me claim that I made the retainer refund request on March 13. And it'll take 4 to 5 weeks. I was like... What? How can you change the date? But anyways, they just don't want to refund your money.

To start off the pricing they give you online is no where near what they actually charge you. They get you set up and link your card number and start charging you random amounts all over the place. None of which are the same amount so it is impossible to track what they are for and LEAST of all WHEN they are for. They can charge you for coffee service for three months when you explicitly said you don't use it. Then you spend forever and a day trying to get credited for the amount. When I signed up they gave me a "two months fee rent" option incentive. Which is in most cases "you don't pay rent for two months" Then they wanted a two month deposit up front after I signed the contract. So I then asked how does the free two months work. I was then told it was "pro rated" amongst the rest of my rent. Then they charged me full price for the "two months deposit" which as you can imagine is quite a bit more than my regular pro rated rent. This deposit they hold on to until you have FULLY payed out your lease. They then charged me the full rate for my second month. To which I inquired about and they said they were going to give me the two months for free. Not pro rated. I then received an ASTRONOMICAL invoice for the following two months that was to be payed in 15 days. Trying to get a straight answer made me get all the way to the billing department where she explained the insane way they do invoicing (never at the start of the month always a month or 15 days ahead) I then got to the end of my contract and decided to cancel my services via e mail in writing. They did not take that as "proper cancellation" and they auto renewed my account for another year then when I did not pay for the new year they sent me to collections for TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. I then had to argue that I DID in fact cancel in writing and they then decreased the amount that I needed to pay when they still have half of my deposit. They have now started charging my card for over $600 for god knows what AFTER I have obviously canceled my contract with them and am dealing with their collections department. Would not recommend this business service to anyone.

I don’t recommend Regus to anyone. It’s shady business practices, it’s circular PR responses from their Billing Department (affectionately known among their staff as β€œThe Blood Bank”), feigned customer service is all a ruse to lull you into a complacent state so you’ll loosen your purse strings. But don’t be fooled. They’re only after your credit card so they can creatively invoice the life out of you. Everything about this place raises red flags, from old furnishings to dated office machines. Imagine what your customers will think if you’re foolish enough to bring them there. Regus is an dinosaur about to be extinct feasting on unsuspecting victims.

There are much better choices to go to instead of falling into this trap. At first Regus was mediocre to deal with. Then the knives came out. They are now hyper focused on extracting the most money they can from renters. One could turn a blind eye to this but how do you explain away to customers the state of the place. It screams 1985! Your image will suffer irreparable harm if you chose to take your customers to Regus.

Wolves in sheep’s clothing. The offices are in poor shape as is their dated furniture. Their staff are nice but they don’t come across as experienced professionals. The fees are too creative. There’s no room for negotiation with these people, they want their pound of flesh and they will get it, at any cost. There are other venues down the road on Burloak. You’re better off going anywhere else but Regus. I will never give Regus my business again.
