★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place would definitely come again. They the biggest selection for books and has probably the best ones available. They meeting rooms available for booking and a huge placement of DVDs. They also escalators to go to the 2nd floor. They have a huge array of computers ready for use and a chess piece.
I would recommend this place for a good book or books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularly coming to the Library is not only my hobby but its something which I really like and too specifically at Central Library, Downtown branch because employees like " Merissa " always goes out of the way to help the visitors, not only in fulfilling or resolving their every problem or issues. Today, while coming to the library I forgot to bring my cell phone charges and I requested Merissa that My phone is almost dead, and charging through the USB port mounted on the PC's table(s) is extremely slow. I requested her would you be able to help me on the same; She went out of the way and looked for an adapter and brought the adapter for me, so that my phone could be charged faster. Previously as well I found her extremely helpful, courteous and polite. She might say " No " to me by simply saying , unfortunately we don't have any mobile charging facilities here except though USB's . But she went an extra extra mile.. I am really thankful to her. Such employees should be appropriately rewarded and their good work should always be acknowledged. All the Best Merissa. Regards Vineet Sharma
