★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one gate open to check carry on bags and scan people through security was open. A long line that took 40 minutes to get thru. Hire more people to work, unnecessary wait times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air Canada is to blame as well as the airport staff.
The big black employee at the parking lot was very rude and was harassing me and my girlfriend. Came to us and disturbed us regarding the car rentals, which we had no clue or relation to.
Also, Air Canada cut my brand new bag in a barbaric was to perform the search after the luggage check in. Will be providing me a bag replacement or reimbursement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airport ever. not even have enough sitting chairs for passengers. worst customer service from air canada crews. The same carry on bag I'm traveling with for past 8 years became ineligible suddenly to them and their crew (Rochelle, her name was if I'm not wrong), and she said they are following same rules for past 10 years! . I had open my bagpacks and re arrange everything at the desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really good airport! The whole building is kept really clean and organized, and it is easy to find your way around. It is definitely not as big as an airport like Vancouver International Airport, but it has some good routes available. The staff I interacted with were really friendly. If you're looking for a good airport to spend a layover at, look no further than this airport. It will have everything you are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of seats while waiting for the next flight. Some shops/cafes are closed when we arrived. Washroom is very clean and not cramped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean airport! Although it was not huge, it has everything you need. The ground services were great. The luggage delivery was pretty quicker! Before after the security check line, there was no shop and restaurants! However, now there are Tim Hortons, Skyway Grill and RELAY inside the gates, so you can relax and enjoy the food before getting on the flight when you are hungry! There is also a children playground and TV Station, which is a most thoughtful addition! Love it!
