They will give you whatever vehicle is available not what you booked on your contract? Once they grab your money there is no compensation only a bunch of excuses, will not recommend ?

I checked them out and it actually shows this company (Regal) is actually rating 5 star for there own company, how pathetic. Secondly how can a company rent out a specific service to people but in return they send the wrong bus that resembles a bus that is meant for exotic entertainers and not a wedding party who paid alot of money for the service. My brother rented a bus and they sent the wrong one. Instead of appologizing and refunding some money as they made a huge error, instead they denied him and had no recourse for the fact that part of his wedding was ruined because of this. This company should be rated below 5 star and in all honesty should not be in business what so ever. I promise, if you choose this company for your big day you are in for a very big disappointment. I will review them on other sites also so no one goes through what my brother and his wife went through. Stay away, FAR AWAY.

They sent me a different bus than what was in my contract and gave lame excuses for the change. Owners of the company don’t even care to talk to their clients directly. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The bus they sent was dirty, old, damaged with screws coming up through the floor, nothing anyone would want for their wedding day. It’s a liability claim waiting to happen. All they offered for compensation was savings on a future booking.....pointless as I will never deal with this company ever again. Very disappointed.

Prior to the limo's arrival we received messages stating the arrival. The booking process was easy and transparent. The staff I contacted by phone was helpful and professional too. That cruise sure enlightened our whole trip. Thank you. Will use their service again.

Well kept interior, amazing lights and sound system and most importantly a courteous and safe driver. (JAY) I personally have to discredit the one star reviews this company has received. Talk about trying to ruin the Goodwill of a proper limousine company.. But to you Regal Limo, I hope to write another great review after my SECOND use of the company for my husbands birthday party in February! Cant wait!!

We had the 30 passenger bus booked for 6 hour wedding but to due to mechanical reasons the sent us a free of charge upgrade of a 40 passenger bus! The inside was much more luxurious and we had tons of space to sit comfortably. The one star reviews must be competition ratings because the service and bus we received blew myself and my wife away. Its sad to see such an amazing company get hate reviews, nonetheless, I personally recommend Regal Limo to all my family and friends. Great service and customer support will never go unnoticed.
