★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermopompe installée en nov 2020. Je vends ma maison puis à l'inspection il se trouve que la thermopompe a été installée de manière non conforme. Je contacte la compagnie qui dissent que la garantie sur l'installation est d'un an .. mais l'installation NEST PAS CONFORME!
Deux electriciens viennent faire des soumissions pour reparer ce qui na pas été fait au depart de facon conforme. L'un me charge 350$ et l'autre 290$... J'ai vrm l'impression que ca ne me correspond pas à moi de payer pour ca.
Heat pump installed in Nov 2020. I am selling my house and then upon inspection it turns out that the heat pump was installed improperly. I contact the company who say that the warranty on the installation is one year .. but the installation IS NOT COMPLIANT!
Two electricians come to make quotes to repair what was not done at the start in a compliant manner. One charges me $350 and the other $290... I really feel like it's not up to me to pay for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je communique avec cette compagnie qui viens le lendemain inspecter le toit. Le monsieur super gentil nous explique que sur l’isolant déjà présent, il y a plein de champignons et en plus, nous avons rien pour retenir l’humidité de monter donc ils doit faire de gros travaux. Il nous sensibilise même sur la santé de ma famille et il nous donne rdv dans la semaine. Nous lui expliquons que vu le cout des travaux, nous avons besoin un peu de temps pour trouver la sommes d’argent. Le monsieur super gentil appel donc son ami qui travail dans un banque pour que nous demandons un pret que nous aurons pas fini de rembourser dans minimum 5 ans. Par chance, mon mari et moi avons eu l’idée de demander un 2 iem avis, ce qui se montra payant, car il nous informe qu’il n’y a RIEN DE VRAI!!!!!!! Notre toiture était correct !!!!!!!!!! Imaginez si j’avais fait confiance!!!
I contacted this company, which came the next day to inspect the roof. The super nice man explains to us that on the insulation already present, there are lots of fungi and on top of that, we have nothing to retain the humidity from rising so they have to do a lot of work. He even makes us aware of my family's health and gives us an appointment during the week. We explain to him that given the cost of the work, we need a little time to find the money. The super nice man therefore calls his friend who works in a bank so that we ask for a loan that we will not have finished repaying in at least 5 years. Luckily, my husband and I had the idea to ask for a 2nd opinion, which paid off, because it informs us that there is NOTHING REAL !!!!!!! Our roof was correct !!!!!!!!!! Imagine if I had trusted !!!
