Always makes me feel very comfortable, checks in often for pressure and position comfort, very effective at getting into the right spots and relieving tight, painful muscles. She got my neck moving again with nearly full range from an old whiplash injury in two 60 minute appointments. She gives great advice for stretches to stay painless between appointments. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Redwater Physical Therapy Clinic to assist in recovery after my total knee replacement. Div Rana & Jay were just great. Guided me through my exercises without putting unrealistic expectations on me. They are not magicians, so you do have to do your exercises at home. Without a doubt, I will be back after my 2nd knee replacement or anything else that might crop up before that. Totally satisfied.

They were patient, kind and never pushed me past my limits or pain tolerance. I am almost back to normal activities and will continue with my exercises until I am 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a massage appointment today with Sophia. I have to say she is AMAZING! She was so kind and checked in often to see how the pressure was. She did a great job working the areas where I discussed where the pain was. She recommended and showed great stretches to complete at home. I will defiantly be back. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never done Physiotherapy before so I got nothing to compare it with. All I know is they took me in right away, asked lots of questions on my injury. and whatever he did in that short session I felt better walking out.

Thanks to Jay and physiotherapist Div Rama for the treatments and the exercises I was given. They were both helpful and very knowledgeable plus explained everything about my injury and progress.
