He was very thorough with explaining what I could expect with the suite, Towers Realty and himself as the on site caretaker. From the brief conversation I had with him I could imagine that the tenants in the building would be in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The caretaker here is very polite and easy to communicate with. I needed some maintenance repairs done, he did everything on his end and communicated with me the entire time. It was a bit of a wait this is why I'm only leaving 4 stars. The caretaker always takes time to say hi as we see him when we go check our mail we usually see him cleaning in the lobby too!
