★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you reDefine Health and Wellness for the support to find myself during COVID-19. I was in a funk, had gained weight and was beginning to isolate myself. Rachael met with me once a week, remotely. She challenged, encouraged and helped me to dig into the root of my feeling stuck. With her help I am back to a healthier life.
