Hey there! I’m Melissa Graber and am the owner of Redcliff Bakery & Eatery with my husband, Joel. We’ve got two amazing kiddos, Hazel and Micah. You may have seen a photo of Hazel on Instagram stuffing her face in a donut. That’s my girl!
We have been the owners of the bakery since December, 2017 but let's not start there. The bakery as it is known today was established in 1993. That is over 25 years of bringing hand crafted baked treats and quality breads to Redcliff and the surrounding area. But did you know there has been retail baking available in Redcliff as far back as 1912? We have a special picture of this bakery and general store hanging in our current location today! It reminds us of the longstanding pride and tradition the bakery has brought to this town and how lucky we are to be continuing that great tradition.
Since Joel and I have become the owners we have enjoyed adding our own style to the bakery. We added lunch options of soup and sandwich and also started a full on custom cake department. Of course we kept the crowd favorite cinnamon bun recipe and many other classics that people in our community love.
I have to give a shout out to our amazing team that works so hard to bring you fresh baking day after day. Our bakers start at 9pm and bake through the entire night so we can facilitate our in store bread as well as our dozens of commercial accounts. The pastry chefs, cake artists, managers, more bakers and sales associates all serve you throughout the day to make the entire operation run smoothly.
Whether you are a first time customer or a valued life time client we hope when you walk through our doors you smell the freshly baked yummies and feel the love and care that goes in to everything we do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful bakery and great location in downtown Medicine Hat. The BEST cinnamon buns in town for sure. They have amazing fresh breads and buns, treats and lunch combos and much more! They support and partner with local businesses in the community which is something I love. The atmosphere is quite lovely, great place to come and enjoy coffee and treats with all your friends! It is a must to visit Redcliff Bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought fresh buns at 1:30 because they where soft. When ate at 5:30 and the buns where stiff and solid and hard to chew. When you take a bite it splits everywhere and crumbles in your hands. That never happened with the old owners, the new owners must be cutting costs and changing recipes. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this bakery in their downtown location two or three times it’s because I had a gift certificate that I won and some are from the Easter surprise that me and my son found in kin coulee. In all my visits I was so so disappointed and sad because of the way I got treated. I feel so sorry for myself that I can’t afford their products because it’s crazy expensive and can only do gift certificates or from an egg surprise that they give away during Easter. I don’t know if they really act that way to everyone or just me because I only carry gift certificate which equivalent to free or paid from someone. I don’t know how to explain it but they are very rude answering my questions and the way they act makes me feel very unwelcome. My first visit I ignored it. My other visits I feel like I just want to cry. I promise myself not to visit them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really pretty and has brought bake a comfy feel to the Bakery Staff was very friendly and sweet which was so nice. Thou the prices of something’s is a bit over rated AKA apple snack, used to reasonable now more than a macaroon at some places. A dozen tiny apple snacks is almost $20 ??♀️ bit excessive. And all the donuts were crazy DRY and ended up throwing them out wasn’t worth the calories? Really Disappointed.

The interior was very spacious with 20+ foot ceilings. Will definitely stop back on my next visit to Medicine Hat
