H: Health – Project work is done by people, so worker health is foundational to project success. Human factors impact project performance but also run the risk of being overlooked; these factors, such as physical fitness, fatigue, mental health and emotional stresses, to name a few, must be identified, accommodated for and managed through to the finish of project work. Experience has taught us that not getting this right will directly and negatively impact project safety as well as quality, and financial results.

S: Safety – The design, implementation, and follow through of safe work processes will directly impact the output of environmental projects. Seasoned environmental consultants within the Reclaimit team know that, in addition to jeopardizing human well being, substandard safety practices result in project down time and associated costs that are exponentially higher than taking the time to do a task, first time, right time, every time. The Reclaimit team, like its preferred customers, want to avoid human injury at all cost and would rather keep people working than spend time filling out reports, conducting incident investigations, repairing or replacing damaged infrastructure or sidelining workers from doing what they were hired to do in the first place, fix the environmental problem.

And that is what Reclaimit does best; optimization of environmental results while accounting for ongoing impacts and any environmental risks associated with the projects.
