★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending Pilates classes at rebalance rehab and I am absolutely loving it! It’s teaching me the importance of proper posture. The classes are kept small which makes for lots of one on one time with the teacher when I have questions or need help repositioning. Pilates truly has something to offer everyone. Thank you for offering this service in our community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ he is very good at his job i was lucky when i pick him as i did not know any of the the place to go to here in chilliwack so i see him and shaun for different help the rest of the staff are also very good at there jobs which i very nice when dealing with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Jen Laroy for clinical Pilates. I'm a bigger gal and slow to catch onto things. Jen made a safe space where I could learn, and did NOT judge my bigger body or the way it moves. She made me feel empowered in movement and like I could freaking well conquer this. I'm very grateful for her. Recommend so much!!
