★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! We dealt with Kris. It was our first time selling and then buying a new home. So naturally we needed to be shown the ropes a little bit. I couldn’t have thought of anyone better to do that than Kris. Guy is a work horse! What ever we needed, he was on it. He updated us frequently on the status of our place and was always willing and wanting to go look at new places.
We were moving from a townhouse to a single family home. Townhomes were not selling as well during covid as single family homes were so we dealt with Kris for a few months. His service never changed from day one to the very last day. He also has knowledge building homes and helped us pick out details in homes that otherwise might be overlooked.
We really felt like he was working for us to find the right place and not trying just to make a quick buck. If we ever find ourselves in the market again we definitely will be using reality one group insider Leduc!

Dan Rowland was recommended to us by our Mortgage Broker and, after speaking to a few Realtors and making some comparisons, we chose to work with Dan based on his professionalism, willingness to help us learn and eagerness to find us the perfect home. We were under a slight time constraint and Dan worked quickly and efficiently to help us find potential homes. Dan was willing to take time from his evenings and weekends to show us homes on our schedule and we found our perfect home in less than 3 weeks. Dan was available to us from start to finish and we would recommend Dan to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.
