★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners, Kristin and Adam, are absolutely the most considerate, caring and helpful healthcare professionals. Their staff are always friendly, outgoing and talented. The Stride strength and conditioning classes for mature adults (over 50 yrs old) are actually enjoyable, and definitely help keep us flexible and in good shape. I definitely recommend Real Life Health for all healthcare and fitness needs.
