Good service but beware of the late service charges if your bank doesn’t provide the documentation 7 business days in advance. Unfortunately most banks I have dealt with in the past take their time no matter how proactive you are. However other lawyers have never charged late fees even though every transaction was done in less than 7 days before closing.
Taking that into consideration their fees are not competitive.
However their service was good and found the team to be helpful.

Great for those doing their first transaction as a checklist is provided to ensure everything is in order upon closing. I highly recommend.

After discussing with them my needs they started the process the very same day and were ready to finalize the sell in two days. We just had to wait on the purchaser's team to get all their things organized. Communication with real estates Lawyers was awesome, there were no hidden surprises, everything was up front and open. The whole process was very professional and painless. They did a super job.
