โ โ โ โ โ Good courses offered. Parking lot is small. Far away near downtown. People work there are friendly. However, there are not many restaurants nearby, usually need to walk 10 to 20 minutes.

โ โ โ โ โ Many professional staffs. Kim Spencer, the Ethics Guy, is one of the most respected real estate professionals. It conducts various professional development courses and the newer version of Multiple Listing Service (Paragon) is also very handy. The office also got awesome ocean view!!
