G	Gisele Manna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super store in barrie on kassala and Barry down has the worst bakery I have ever been too. Asked to order a cake with 48 hours in advance and the bakery manager says they can’t bake one by then and that they only have 1 cake baked. How on earth do you run a bakery here and manage it but can’t bake a cake with in YOUR BAKERY POLICY TIME FRAME??!! Also was huffing and puffing and just seemed to have such a poor attitude.
G	G Hubert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for the store manager, pleasant, helpful and genuine, unlike most stores in north bay, nice to shop here. A lot of empty shelves and fruit was sad, but otherwise good with lots of different variety.
D	Don Barton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has some absolutely amazing stock, and is very well organized! However, there are quite a few issues. For one, each time I have gone here the customer service is never very good. The cashier's are usually very unfriendly, which lead to me to using the self checkout each time I have gone. However, today when I used the men's bathroom I saw something aboslutely repulsive. There was feces spread on the walls next to the toilet, and on the baby changing station. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time regardless, as there was toilet paper all over the floor, and just did not look sanitary. I have a attached pictures of what was on the walls. If I did not see this, my review would be 3 stars, maybe even 4. However, this is just so gross and is public health risk.

The number of people roaming the store without them, while cases in Sudbury spiral out of control and most of the hospitality industry is being shut down again makes me angry. I won't shop there in-store while I have children too young to be vaccinated.

C	Corinne Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On last post. It did somewhat change on my previous experienced. BUT Need some improvements. Otherwise, I am ok-ish to shop comfortable. Looking forward going back their shopping their again. Update: helpful, friendly courteous service. Happy customer. Definitely try express online, to see if they got everything that I order in the future.
P	Peter Scaife on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting better all the time with more foreign offerings. Layout is a little haphazard... i.e. You can find dry fruit in three or four aisles... Each aisle offering different options. - so go with some extra searching time in mind

Instead of giving a survey for us to call in they should implement a "survey post" in the store (similar to A & W) as I know that unfortunately I don't call in the person's name who served me to tell the store about great service.
