We tried several different brands over the course of a few seasons until we ran across Ready 2 Talk. I called and spoke with Jack who couldn't have been more helpful. We took the plunge and ordered a unit. Best decision we ever made! The BT system works flawlessly! The sound quality is great. We now have Ready 2 Talk in all of our tour vans and will be adding another 2 units this coming season. We would highly recommend Jack and the Ready 2 Talk product! M	Matthew Paugh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Ready2Talk products for years. As a tour guide in British Columbia for over 10 years, I’ve worked with a number of companies. Some of these companies (bus and transportation companies) already had a Ready2Talk product in them. Others did not, until I recommended them. I have used multiple versions, from the portables, to the installed series, and have even installed them myself in some buses for a previous company. The product has evolved over the years, much of it due to the direct feedback myself and others in the local industries have been a lie to provide right to the company. They are a local company (always a bonus to me) that puts out a great product. I’ve used their wired, and now their wireless products and the sounds been great, allowing my guests a clear auditory experience while on tour. Being able to provide music in the background has augmented numerous tours, especially when doing work for a music festival! If there’s a problem (rare) they fix it right away. It’s refreshing To deal with a company that knows that downtime costs money and endeavours to reduce that to nothing. I should also note that I’m a driver guide, which means due to the electronics laws (handheld devices) the headset mounted microphones make it a safer experience for the guests, not to mention LEGAL. As handheld microphones and electronics devices fall under the distracted driving aspects of the law, and I really don’t want to be dealing with tickets. I prefer the Bluetooth BT3 wireless headset as it also allows me the flexibility of moving around in the vehicles while maintaining continuity on the speakers and a better over guest experience. I’ve used a number of other products, but the combination of sound quality, flexibility and service for Ready2Talk far outstrips the rest.

Also their customer service is excellent. Last summer they helped us out when we were in a bind, by sending the equipment overnight!

All our guides love them they are reliable and have the best audio output of any wireless headsets we have ever used. We run tours in 12 and 15 passenger Ford Transit vans and the system works flawlessly. The customer service has been amazing as well. Well worth the price!

I had a minor issue and he replied to me via email on a Sunday two hours after I emailed him. If tours are your business and you rely on having top quality equipment, you will not find any better than Ready2Talk. Worth every penny because of the service and personal responses to your inquiries. I will only purchase A/V materials through R2T. Simply the best!

Ready2Talk is a one stop shop for the most perfect system you will need. Purchased the Portable units, just plug into 12V and AUX and you are set! Will be back for the wired in version for our new vans next season! Jack was super helpful, and after ordering at 2pm in ON, we received them by 11am the next day from BC! AMAZING!
