There are plenty of agents out there 'just looking to close the deal' but I did not have this experience with Randy. Randy actually persuaded me NOT to put in some offers on homes I liked, because of foundation issues, ect. That really earned my trust. Thanks Randy for the excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last summer my wife and I decided to move. Randy was our realtor for the sale of our old house and purchase of the new one. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail, customer service and overall professionalism. He showed us close to 30 homes and never got impatient with us. We ended up selling our house for list price and buying our dream house UNDER BUDGET. From what I hear, this isn't a common occurrence. Randy performed a in-detail market evaluation for our old house. He did a great job at explaining the market value he calculated and proved to us that it was accurate. When everything was said and done, we were and still are very happy.

Recently I was curious as to what my home was worth amid renovations and asked for a quick guess on how much my home was worth in the current market. Not only did Randy initiate an appointment, he spent an hour assessing and providing a really detailed market evaluation as though I was selling tomorrow. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and was just as professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful as I remembered. I've always highly recommended him and will continue to do so.
