Jacky is super efficient and gets the job done. He responded to all of our questions quickly and was very informative in his answers. Everything was done in a timely manner with no time wasted. But most of all, there is a sense of confidence in the work he does. There is always a sense of Jacky knows what he is doing and he has solutions for everything. Every realtor has his/her way of doing things. In our case, his way of doing things worked out well in our favour even though we were somewhat unsure from time to time. All in all, it has been a positive experience. Of course, getting a good price on the property helps.
