Tyler has been our go to guy for a few years now and he's always a pleasure to deal with. He not only knows his stuff but he clearly cares about his clients. He always gives helpful advice and knowledge and he's always available for our convenience. He even offered to take professional photos, free of charge, of the investment property we bought to use on the rental listing. That's above and beyond in my book.

Tyler helped me immensely over several years as I was navigating moving to Edmonton from out of province. He was extremely patient as my search pivoted once I got to Edmonton from looking for a condo to looking for a house with very specific criteria. He is incredibly patient and good natured to work with. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience and he was quick to support and check in frequently. My spouse and I initially contacted Tyler at the recommendation of family members who had sold their condos with him some 5-6 years ago in challenging markets. Their feedback was that on top of Tyler doing a great job, they felt that he was just straight up a good person. After working with Tyler for 2 (!) years due to us being extremely picky in finding a home, we can also confirm, Tyler really is a good dude! As very cautious and hesitant people in general, while Tyler’s fantastic and prompt communication, understanding of the market, and great accurate advice are obviously incredibly valuable, we perhaps value his personality the most. He very quickly learned who we were and what our needs were as people and provided exactly what we needed, whether that be calm reassurances, critical assessment on what we needed and our priorities, or just giving us all the data we wanted and letting us work through it! All tempered with Tyler’s gentle honest approach, fantastic sense of humour, and relaxed demeanour. Of course we were also very happy with his balanced honest opinions on market values, ability to identify potential problems and pitfalls in each home we viewed, quick response times, and open communication. In 2 years we never felt pressured or rushed to buy. In fact Tyler was insistent that we not jump the gun on anything that we were not truly happy with (at times encouraging us to shelve certain listing that didn’t quite fit the bill for what we wanted at the time), and allowed us to come to understand what we were willing to compromise on while providing guidance along the way. We made offers on other properties and Tyler always seemed most interested in having us set our offer at what we were comfortable with first, then influenced by market value, then informed by what he thought would succeed and laying it out clearly for us. We never felt he was trying to sway our decision to his benefit. When we finally closed, his housewarming gifts were an amazingly personal and hilarious touch, and when he saw the family member who originally referred us to him, he remembered that a birthday was coming up and insisted on sending something along after not having seen them in at least 5 years! In the absolute best way possible, who does that?! It is a testament to Tyler as a person and professional and I’m very happy to write him a glowing review.

Dealing with Tyler on the sale of my mother's house was a pleasurable and rewarding experience. Tyler was extremely professional and diligent in all my interactions with him. His suggestions on the various decisions that needed to be made during the sale of the house were very much in line with my way of thinking. The one trait Tyler displayed that impressed me most was his compassion. My mother had built her life and raised her family in this home over the past 55 years. Selling it, though necessary due to her age and physical condition, was very taxing on her. However, whenever Tyler met with her, he was always sensitive to her feedings and was very upbeat and reassuring to her. It made the sale of her home much easier for her to handle. Thanks Tyler. Tyler was a huge asset when it came to buying our first home! We were on a tight timeline and he was quick to set up showings for us. We ended up looking at many homes and he never rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience. Tyler was so knowledgeable about the age of shingles, furnaces, hot water tanks etc and could guide us as to when those expenses might be coming up. He was very honest about if he thought a house would work for us or not and quickly understood just what we were looking for. We would not hesitate to use Tyler on a future home purchase! Tyler is an excellent realtor. He is honest, easy going, and a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.
