He able to navigate the issues with selling a seniors home with professionalism and brought us a successful sale with no stress. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Hastings County.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. If you want to buy a house, this probably not the guy to reach out to. We understand that the market is crazy and have leniency in receiving returned communications due to how busy all realtors are right now, but no response is just unacceptable. We contacted John Barry and his office multiple times through the avenues listed on his website as the Broker of Record for Klemencic Homes and active MLS listings. Over the course of several days, we called his office requesting a callback, emailed him, and texted him as outlined on his website as suitable methods of contacting him. After the initial provision of information regarding available lots and home models via email, we have received no responses to date, despite clearly expressing our interest in proceeding. We later found that listings posted on MLS and his website for new builds are already reserved, and not available for sale anyways, and he is unwilling to work with clients represented by a different realtor. Seems a little bit misleading. All builders are very busy right now but Klemencic could definitely be doing more business with a more responsive and transparent representative.
