Très déçus de pas pouvoir les remercier de vive voix... Recu un message txt de remerciement automatique après conclusion de la vente. Le 13 septembre 2021, n'ayant aucune nouvelle, je rappelle pour savoir si la visite du lendemain était possible et on me dit que oui, sans s'excuser de ne pas m'avoir rappelé. Une autre agente m'appelle le 14 septembre avant la visite pour me dire qu'il y avait eu énormément de visites et de ne venir que si nous étions réellement intéressés. Elle m'informe par contre qu'il n'y pas eu d'offre encore ce qu'elle estime curieux. Je faisons la visite avec un troisième agent le 14 septembre au soir et tout se passe bien, nous l'informons que nous comptons faire une offre rapidement. Il nous dit de ne pas nous en faire, que d'autres offres seront reçues sous peu (sic) qu'ils seront en communication avec nous pour nous assurer que nous respections la date de fermeture des offres qui de la date de présentation des offres aux vendeurs. Le 16 septembre, je téléphone pour présenter mon offre et on m'informe que la maison s'est vendue la veille, avec 5 offres présentées aux vendeurs !!! Grand manque de professionnalisme, à éviter.
