They were focused on my needs and finding me the perfect house. There were limited neighborhoods in inner city that I was interested in but finally did find a great bungalow that I still love today. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this office!

He didn't stop till I found the perfect home and was an exceptional guide through the home buying process (especially for a first time home buyer). Tried to incourage me to take a lower offer, suggested lower listing prices than we sold at, missed details or errors on listing. For the cost I can't say I'm happy. Would never use ireality again and would certainly not recommend them.

Meredith is the epitome of a great real estate agent. She is extremely personable and kind, but an equally diligent and tough negotiator. We hired Ellery Liverpool at ReMax, as he came highly recommended. He was very patient and thorough when giving us information, and the decision was always left in our hands. He went above and beyond being an amazing realtor. He made great recommendations to prep the house for sale, and always answered his phone when we had questions. He has a large network of connections, including trades and lawyers, which saved us a lot of time and money. After 4 days on the market, and over 80 showings, we had 20 offers (all much above asking), and closed the deal with incredibly good profits. Mr Liverpool is the only realtor you should hire in the Calgary/Airdrie area. His expertise, knowledge, connections, and most charming personality will get you results!

Very patient, not pushy, but quick to act when we liked something or needed anything. Couldn’t recommend enough. She was very fun and easy to get along with. When we bought, there were some ups and downs with the deals and Stacey never tried to steer us away from what we were after, even tho I’m sure there were easier options. She understood what we wanted and made sure that’s what we got. Stacey had great connections available for everything we needed. 10 outta 10, 5 Stars, Two thumbs up, 100%, #awesome, etc etc.
